River Valley Law LLP is a law firm with offices in Duncan and Abbotsford, BC.

Patricia Blair opened RVL in 2021 to serve the Cowichan Valley.

When Patricia decided to go to law school in 2007, she knew that she wanted to bring that training and expertise back to her home community.  After eight years of practicing law in the valley, opening RVL is the culmination of that dream. 

Christina Judge joined RVL in 2022 and is very happy to be providing legal services to the community she grew up in. 

 Melanie Duggan joined the firm in 2024 and she and Patricia decided to create an LLP and to expand RVL LLP to the Lower Mainland. Melanie now practices primarily in the Fraser Valley where she was raised.
